Mix engineering by Jonathan Gautier — credits include Taylor Swift, The 1975, Lorde, and Bleachers. Flat-rate Single, EP and Album packages built for pop, rock, indie and singer-songwriter projects.
Premium remote mixing is built for the project that’s ready to compete on streaming next to the names you know. Whether you’re an independent artist with a finished album, a producer placing a Spec mix for an A&R, or a label routing a release through a trusted engineer — we run the same workflow that put platinum singles on the charts.
Best fit: Pop · Rock · Indie · Singer-Songwriter
Every package is mix and master — no add-on for mastering. Two rounds of revisions included. 50% deposit to book, 50% on final delivery.
Send raw stems and we handle the prep work before the mix starts — vocal tuning, time alignment, session organization. Recommended when stems are coming straight from a home setup or a producer who wants to skip the cleanup step entirely.
What’s included per song:
Add it at the booking stage or at any point before the mix kicks off. Skip it if your stems are already mix-ready — the Stem Prep Guide below is the standard either way.
Email a rough mix and the package you’re considering. We listen, confirm fit, and send a Square invoice for the 50% deposit. Most replies inside one business day.
Once the deposit clears you get a private Google Drive folder and the Stem Prep Guide. Drop in your tracks — either prepped on your end, or with the Track Prep Add-On selected so we handle it.
You receive Mix V1 in the Mixup.audio review portal. You have 10 days to leave timestamped notes. Two full revision rounds included — we use them to dial in, not start over.
Mix and master move together. After your final approval the second Square invoice goes out for the 50% balance.
Balance paid → a Google Drive folder lands with your high-resolution 24-bit WAV final mix, mastered version, instrumental, TV mix, and any stems requested.
Your files are in the format streaming platforms, sync agents, and label partners expect — including the metadata fields they ask for.
Standard delivery is 44.1 kHz / 24-bit. Up to 96 kHz or alternate formats on request — just say so at the booking stage.
Single: Mix V1 typically within 7–10 business days of stems landing.
EP: 3–4 weeks for the full package.
Album: 5–7 weeks for the full LP.
Rush delivery is available on Single bookings — mention it when you submit your rough mix.
Two rounds of revisions included per song. Notes are delivered through the Mixup.audio review portal — timestamped comments only, so we know exactly which moment you mean. We don’t accept revision notes by email or text on remote projects — the portal keeps the loop clean and finished records ship faster.
Need more than two rounds? Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate — quoted up front, no surprises.
50% deposit to book. 50% balance due on final approval. Both invoices go out through Square — major cards and ACH supported. Final high-resolution files release after the balance clears.
Every booking includes the Sound House Stem Prep Guide — a one-page PDF covering file naming, headroom targets, consolidated regions, and the labels that make the session open clean on our end. Stems that follow the guide save you time and us guesswork; stems that don’t can either be re-delivered or run through the Track Prep Add-On.
